If you ask any successful electrician what the hardest part of the job is, I can guarantee they will say paperwork and keeping customers happy on top of trying to get the work done.
I know this, as this was me. These were also the same words I said to ‘Re-Wired’ many years ago.
When they explained they could help with the ever-growing work load for a small price compared to employing someone, I couldn’t say no.

Before working alongside ‘Re-Wired’ over 2 years ago I was trying to do everything myself. I was working every evening to keep on top of the admin side of my growing business.
This unfortunately meant that scribbled notes, missing and unreturned calls, turning up to customers at wrong times and dates were all very common occurrences.

It’s not uncommon for a full written quote with terms and conditions to go out to a potential customer within a couple of hours of the visit. All quotes go out within 24 hours of the quote visit. Customers are getting the right amount of attention and are being dealt with efficiently and
professionally. This is very powerful when it comes to choosing between us and other contractors.
I would recommend ‘Re-Wired’ Without hesitation, it has made a huge difference to my business performance and given me my home life back.
Obviously, there is a cost, but in my case, the improvement in efficiency and professionalism have meant increases in turnover and profit, so it effectively pays for itself.
